brsrk01 It's not a bad album. However when I listen to it, I can't shake the memory of how when I ordered the tape it didn't arrive for quite some time and how after I reminded the seller to send it to me it did eventually arrive but it was blank. It's funny how those things can interfere with your reception of the music.

about

This is the third full length installment of Alocasia Garden (Reece Thomas Green), the longest yet.
Harsh textures and ambient passages spread across 7 movements.

"Folkestone native Reece Green returns this summer with his most convincing release to date. 'Survival' sees Green experimenting with the very fibres of noise generation, using contact mics and found objects to physically generate massive, low-end thunder-like frequencies, pitch-shifting effects to enhance in real-time, and a new, razor-clean approach to dynamics. Throughout the release, the tracks range from ear-splitting drone, to the absolute gentlest, melancholic synth propositions (Prisoner Of One Another). A huge step forward in the enthralling path that Green is on. Cassette is limited to 20 copies in the first instance. " - Hot Salvation
